Step 1: Gateway Build Distribution

Download and install the gateway worker APK on the Android phone that will serve this QuackerLines workspace.

Open this link on the gateway phone, or scan the download QR with that phone. After install, use Step 2 to create the pairing QR.

Use this only on a test gateway phone to verify survival restart, SMS readiness heartbeat fields, missed-call detection, permission status, and gateway service behavior. This is not the stable release APK.

Step 2: Gateway Pairing

After the gateway worker app is installed, create a pairing token and scan the pairing QR from inside the installed app.

Website Proof Panel

One-row proof that each client website is assigned to a gateway, has a direct Quacker app link, and shows latest visible message activity.

Gateway Alert Delivery

Choose where QuackerLines should send gateway failure alerts. Outbound queue problems become failed after 5 minutes.

Gateway Health Alerts

Visible operator warnings for offline phones, missing heartbeat, stuck queues, failed messages, capacity limits, and stale pairing requests.

Outbound Queue / Failed Messages

Queued, stuck, or failed outbound messages show here with gateway, website, phone, reason, and a safe retry action when available.

Pairing Lifecycle

Pending QR codes, active paired phones, retired phones, and stale requests stay separated so old setup attempts can be cancelled cleanly.

Audit Log

Plain operator history for assignments, phone changes, failed queues, sync requests, retries, and gateway state changes.
